Default cowboy camp deer chili

ingredients:
1. 2-3lbs of ground venison
2. 10qrt cooking pot
3. 1 large white onion chopped/diced
4. 1 16 ounce can of tomato sauce
5. 1 can of rotel diced tomatoes with green chili's
6. 3 teaspoons of Cumin
7. 4-5 ounces of chili powder
8. 1 can of your favorite beer
9. 2 tbl spoons of salt
10. 1 tbl spoon of paparika (table spoon)
11. 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper (teaspoon)
12. 1/4 teaspoon of sage(teaspoon)
13. 1/2 teaspoon of oreagano
brown meat in large pot and add all ingredients when meat has browned. add another 2-3 12 oz cans of water and cover and simmer for an hour. Note: you can add pinto or kidney beans(drained) in the last 15 minutes of cooking time if you prefer beans in your chili. it's amazing that it actually gets better as a left over for days to come.
